hey, i have the same issue, but what these guys who are all over themselves, about using the add/remove program option aren t realising is that roxio media manager IS NOT IN THE ADD/REMOVE PROGRAM LISTING it just runs and as you click cancel it just

KEEPS coming back, clean up utility is the same samn thing as going to your system tools folder:P wake up people.. and obviously we can t ocmplete an install cause the damn thing errors out and restarts and it s a never ending process. i have rooted the

majority of the program off my computer, i used malwarebytes to kill the leresourceloader.dll so i could delete the 9.0 folder.. but it s still doing it.. so far, no solutions this is the 100th forum/site i ve been on, everybody says that they try to re-download

I discovered this error is tied into Blackberry Desktop Manager. The file Windows is searching for Roxio Media Manager can be found on the installation disk that came with you Blackberry. It is under files/exec/bbinstaller/sr_mm. Problem is I don t know

how to get it to fix from there because the stupid Windows Installer is still trying to run the program that is screwed up on my computer. Roxio Media, RIM software SUCKS.

When it happened to me I couldnt get it to stop till I hit ctrl alt del click on to roxio media manager and click the end task button it will not show up again till you restart your computer again but it will not pop up again as long as your

computer is on.. : it works for me..

i m sorry guys.. i also had this issue.. i used a special uninstaller and windows registry cleaner.. however doing so left my computer half messed.. in the end i had to re-format my drive and just stay away from it.. i mean i wasn t even trying to use

the program for me.. so meh. now my advice to you is to just back up your stuff and do a clean re-install of windows. i am sure there are other ways of fixing this, however reformatting is the fastest and safest specially if you are not very computer smart.

so if you don t know what a registry is or even know how to get to it.. just reformat. kk later guys.

Really having problems cannot download other items

I ended up reformatting and eliminated everything with a Roxio extension. Roxio did not uninstall completely with unistall because MICROSOFT changed the OS platform again, and Roxio was suddenly obsolete because of it. The recording editor continued

My son installed it with his Blackberry and after I uninstalled it the problems started. The windows installer tries to install it, even though it is not in the programs, as WarByrd states.
